That's very special shoes, with triangle-formed cloth of fabric that covering laces, mayby for protection from snow or water. I'll glad to try it.

I have been pleasantly surprised by these adidas solarglide gore tex, although I have not yet tried it in the rain, but on walks on asphalt they work great, the sole grips very well and the frame of the shoe is very powerful and supports the foot a lot. I haven't run in them yet, because I'm coming back from an injury, but I'm happy with them because they are comfortable and have good tread (neutral).

Comfortable,nice colouring but let down with the black mesh across the laces and the overpowering GORETEX branding. Go 1 size larger.

Gore tex shoes are not usually as comfortable as normal ones and after having used many gore tex shoes from different brands I can say that they are the most comfortable I have bought.

Great shoes - lightweight, comfortable and waterproof. The lace cover works really well and looks good too. Size up at least half a size.

Perfect slippers

I bought them to walk around the city in winter. The soles are perfect for wet sidewalks. The coverage of the laces prevents the entry of water in case of rain. The tread is firm. I have wide feet, so they are ideal for me.

These look great but are about half a size smaller than normal Solar Glides so we´re too small for me. Also the laces cover makes it hard to adjust the laces

Very comfortable, stable running in the shoe, quick to put on and take off, only the binding is a bit fiddly, looks good but also a bit big from the house dimensions

These trainers are great for long distance running and for all weather types. The heel protection really do offer better runs. I found removing the laces provided a much more comfortable run for me. I highly recommend these, plus they look pretty stylish.
