These shoes for running are made with a Continental rubber outsole that offers great grip in different terrains and the Adidas LEP 2.0 system that injects more energy in each footstrike. They include a BOOST midsole that provides stability and cushioning ideal for straight surfaces.
The mesh upper made with a circular knit provides good control of moisture inside and Adidas three stripes in sealed synthetic leather on the sides make them more durable. These running sneakers incorporate a protective toe cap and traditional laces.

I have used 2 pairs of solarglide (I still use some) and they are my favorites for adding kms at an easy pace and for them to last a lot of kms. Although in principle they are for medium-high weight runners, they are perfect for my 55.5 kg. They move well between 3.55 min/km and 6 min/km. In this version 6 I get the feeling that they have widened the sole a little more in the heel, runners who heel will appreciate it but I run on the forefoot and it is an unnecessary burden for me. To find the right size, it is best to measure your foot (barefoot, heel leaning against the wall on a piece of paper and mark the end of the big toe) and look at a table of size/brand equivalences that also specifies cm.

Correct size, I usually wear 41 and 41 1/3 fits me well. The shoes are very comfortable and seem resistant, ideal for training at not very high rates. In terms of design, they have a very bulky sole following the current trend, but they do not feel heavy.

As for the exact size, since I looked at the size guide in cm. Very fast shipping, even arrived a day earlier than estimated. The shoe is exactly what I wanted, perfect for rolling anything, the tread is very controlled without the ankles suffering movements that end up suffering the Achilles tendon or the plantar fascia. And even if they seem stupid, they go well with changes of pace. Regards, thank you.
