Good mountain running shoes, good fit and good grip. You have to be quite careful on wet ground on rocks and wood, but other than that, it's a shoe that performs very well on trails and paths. It holds its own on steep trails, although that's not its terrain. In conclusion, these shoes are perfect for running mountain half marathons. They're comfortable and have good grip, but not too fast, but they're training shoes.
