The Gel-Contend® 9 running shoe provides good cushioning, support, and durability.

An engineered mesh upper stretches with the foot´s natural motion and creates a comfortable fit. Meanwhile, the synthetic stitching on the overlays helps create a more supportive foothold.

The midsole features GEL® technology and AMPLIFOAM+ cushioning. These technologies help increase durability while creating a softer feel underfoot.

Pronation:

Neutral:
- Foot Type: Normal size arches
- Push Off: There is even distribution from the front of the foot.
- Considered Injuries: Less likely due to effective shock absorption, but neutral runners are not immune to injury.
- How your foot contacts the ground: The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.

Good value for money, I am satisfied with my purchase. The shoes are comfortable and relatively durable, I was able to cover almost 1900 km in them. However, the fabric is a little fragile and requires small repairs (self-adhesive fabric patches).
