The Novablast® 5 running shoe´s midsole and outsole geometry that helps produce an energized ride. FF Blast™ Max cushioning helps create softer landings and a more energized toe-off during your training. A tongue wing construction in the upper helps improve the fit while reducing tongue movement. It´s complemented with an engineered jacquard mesh upper that offers more stretch and ventilation.

- Push Off: There is even distribution from the front of the foot.
- Considered Injuries: Less likely due to effective shock absorption, but neutral runners are not immune to injury.

Have mainly used Hoka for years. Broke all the rules and used these out of the box for a road Half after a year of injury and reduced training, judging it better than using my old shoes that were worn out. Needn’t have worried, they were not just good but excellent. Comfortable, responsive, definitely felt faster with more energy feedback. Best decision I’ve made.
