I use it for my mtb rides of 1 to 4 hrs long. It is very good and helps to prevent saddle soreness. As a heavy rider (230lbs) this is a life saving (or a ride saving) product. I have used lots of other anti chafing products over the years, but I think assos cream and afteride gel are the best.
