Etxeondo Itzala long sleeve base layer

Etxeondo Itzala Women´s Long Sleeve Thermal Base Layer

Don´t let the cold dictate your training schedule. The Etxeondo Itzala Women´s Long Sleeve Base Layer is your ultimate defense against falling temperatures, engineered to be the foundational piece of your performance winter wardrobe. Named ´Itzal´—the Basque word for shadow—this garment is designed to fit like a second skin, providing essential warmth and unparalleled comfort without any restrictive bulk. It moves with you, a silent partner in your pursuit of excellence, whether you´re on the bike, on a run, or embracing any high-intensity cold-weather activity.

Engineered for the dedicated athlete who demands performance in all conditions, the Itzala base layer excels at maintaining a stable core temperature. Its primary function is to create a dry, warm microclimate next to your skin, effectively wicking away sweat during intense efforts and insulating you from the chill during recovery or descents. This crucial moisture management prevents the chilling effect of damp fabric, allowing you to stay focused on your performance, not the weather. Experience a new level of comfort and thermal efficiency that allows you to push your limits.

The secret to the Itzal´s remarkable performance lies in its advanced construction. This long sleeve base layer is made with hollow fibre ThermoLite® fabric which maintains body temperature under the coldest conditions. The technical nature of the fabric along with the perfect body fit and flat seams offer incredible comfort.

Technology:

THERMOLITE:

ThermoLite® fabrics provide warmth and comfort. They are a light form of insulation that allows you to keep warm when it is cold outside and it has excellent properties that remove moisture from the skin.

ThermoLite® fabrics create an insulating layer of warm air between the fabric and the skin. Sweat is absorbed from the skin by the fabric thanks to its breathability.
