Only the fēnix® 7S – Solar Edition has 20mm straps. Fēnix® 7 – Solar Edition has 22mm straps. This strap is 20mm.

Unless you have model Fenix 7 with case size 42 mm [strap at this model is 20 mm wide], your belt is 22 [case 47 mm] or 26 [case 51 mm] mm wide. All listed models are compatible with QUICKFIT series of straps.

Is the one you have offered above suitable for the Forrunner 245 and the right color? For your information: Garmin does not have a Forerunner 245 "Correa" and no color "cherry"! At my wife´s request, I purchased this strap as part of a gift for her Forerunner 165. Both models use the same straps so it is definitely compatible. For her it replaces the Berry/Lilac band because she does not like the light color in the two-color band. If it is not the same color, it is at least very close. On Garmin it is listed as Quick Detach Straps (20mm) Silicone strap, maroon color, stainless steel component. The quality of this genuine Garmin bracelet is also good as expected. I wouldn´t hesitate ;-)
