I took these mouthpieces for soft flasks. Do not hide opinions about it and I ventured. It seems that the nozzle goes in. You have to remove the blue system it comes with and insert it into the flask. I didn't test it in the race but it seems to be fine.

I was looking for replacement bite valves for my water bags because the original ones could no longer be cleaned properly. Many stores no longer had them in stock, but luckily Trekkinn still did. Shipping to the Netherlands went smoothly. It was delivered in a large bag as parcel post, while it could have easily gone through the letterbox. That's why I'm not giving 5 stars.
