Bought this vest in 2018 and totally fell in love with it the first time I used it. It can be used in both long and short distance training or race. Fits comfortably and stably even on a tiny person like me. I use it every weekend for over three and a half years, and it finally started to show obvious fading, worn and tears very recently.
