Great fit. If you use the size chart to determine your size, there's no problem. No discomfort while swimming or running. Quick-drying. The chamois fits well enough for cycling (used for a quarter triathlon). Consider the white version for bright summer conditions. The "silver" (my choice) is more of a dark gray.

I am 183cm and 70kg and I ordered size M. It suits me great, only the zipper is a little bit short and would be great if it is 2cm longer. But it is not causing any troubles. Other that that it is made from nice fabric and seems to be well made.

how do i know my size? i mean there is a size chart but what do you mean with height and weight in cm? in height it means if i am like 1.80 cm for example? but in weight how do i know in cm? can you explain me please? there is comments that said the size is little that i why i wanna be sure thank you
