I chose these shoes to participate in a Hyrox race soon and was very pleasantly surprised by my progress in running (-20 seconds per km compared to my old ASICS GEL CUMULUS 25 shoes). On the other hand, the carbon plate is noticeable: it is responsive but less comfortable. However, the objective being short distance performance, I would recommend this product without hesitation.
