The shoes have good cushioning and a carbon plate, but they are ideal for those with a supinated stride. If you have a pronated or neutral stride, it may cause discomfort. In my case, I have a neutral stride, so I didn't find them very comfortable because they change my stride. The model and design are very nice, but they could be a little lighter, but that is due to the carbon plate.

Excellent shoes for Hyrox. My running pace was definitely fast in these shoes and they are amazing on the carpet for sled pulls/push. My only negative is that the insole inside slips when I do sled push but if I do the laces up tighter I think it will solve it. Nice looking trainers I’ve had lots of compliments and very comfortable to wear.
