High-performance yet comfortable shoes. The plate is compensated by a very soft foam. It´s responsive but pleasant on the stride and not extreme. Used on the track for specific workouts and on the road for tempo runs. It supports all paces. Time will tell about the durability of the nitro foam. I´m not sure it will last long, but that´s the case for many lightweight foams
