Description summary

Streamline your hikes and trail runs with the SALOMON Custom Quiver. This lightweight, intuitive accessory offers quick, on-the-fly storage and access for your poles, so you can focus on the trail, not your gear. Featuring large, structured openings for effortless stowing and retrieval, a secure compression lace for zero bounce, and water evacuation eyelets to keep gear dry. The locking strap ensures poles stay put, while the custom connecting system integrates seamlessly with Salomon packs. Never miss a stride fumbling for your poles again

Salomon Custom Quiver: The Ultimate Pole Carrier for Hiking and Trail Running

Stop letting your trekking poles slow you down when they aren´t in use. The SALOMON Custom Quiver is a masterclass in efficiency, an intuitive and streamlined storage solution designed for hikers and trail runners who demand quick access and minimal distraction. This essential piece of hiking equipment transforms how you carry your poles, allowing you to stow and deploy them on the fly without breaking your stride or removing your pack. Lightweight, stable, and incredibly easy to use, the Custom Quiver integrates seamlessly with your gear, letting you focus on the trail ahead.

The CUSTOM QUIVER is an effective, easy-to-use solution for storing and carrying your poles.

Large, structured openings ensure hassle-free access when you need them and easy stowing when you don´t.

Lightweight enough to go unnoticed, essential enough so you wonder how you managed without it.

SPECIFICATIONS:
- Easy access: A large, structured opening makes for easy, time-saving access and storage of your poles. This thoughtful design means no more fumbling or awkward movements; a simple, intuitive motion is all it takes to grab or stow your poles, saving valuable seconds and energy during a race or a long trek.
- Ultra Lightweight: Ultra lightweight thanks to minimized and strategic use of fabric. The Custom Quiver is engineered to be so light that you will genuinely forget it´s there. It adds no discernible weight or bulk to your setup, ensuring your performance remains unhindered and your focus is purely on your effort.
- Stability: A compression lace holds the poles in place. This simple yet highly effective system prevents your poles from bouncing or shifting as you run or hike over technical terrain. The result is a secure, silent, and stable carry that provides complete peace of mind.

FEATURES:
- Water evacuation bottom eyelets, Locking strap, Custom quiver connecting system.
- Water evacuation bottom eyelets: Eyelets at the bottom of your bag release water to let your gear dry. Whether you´re caught in a downpour or crossing a stream, this feature ensures that water doesn´t pool in the bottom of the quiver, keeping your gear as dry as possible and preventing unnecessary weight.
- Locking strap: Ideal for securing your poles in the quiver. This strap provides an additional layer of security, locking the poles down tightly to eliminate any movement. Simply unlock it to take them off. It´s a quick, one-handed operation that enhances the quiver´s stability and your confidence on the move.
- Custom quiver connecting system: Hooks on the quiver connect to loops on the Sense packs. This brilliant system allows for rapid attachment and removal from compatible SALOMON running vests and packs, creating a fully integrated and ergonomic carrying solution that feels like part of your body.

My first quiver

Rianto

This is my first pole quiver, and so far no issues at all. Poles stow securely and stay out of the way when not in use, and it's quick to grab them when the terrain calls for it. No rattling, no fumbling, no complaints. Solid piece of kit.

Excellent, also used with a non-Salomon backpack. The quiver is stable, allows you to insert the poles well and remove them comfortably

I am going to run my first race with poles and to do so I needed to be able to carry them comfortably. I´ve tried several belts, but they are not comfortable; I feel the bounce and they bother me, and to carry the poles like that I preferred not to carry them. But with this quiver everything has changed, it fits perfectly on a Salomon backpack, they are put in and taken out very comfortably, and especially when they are stored there is no kind of bounce. For me, a perfect purchase. Totally recommended

Great

Marianne

The Salomon quiver is perfect. It attaches very easily to the vest of the same brand. I was a bit skeptical but the poles do not move when running, I had even forgotten they were there! Very good purchase

2026/04/21

Jonatan

I had never used it before! The poles are very comfortable and don´t move at all

Must-have for poles on long runs

2026/04/15

Gevorg

Very practical solution for carrying poles. Once attached to a compatible vest, it’s fast to access and stow poles without stopping. Super lightweight — you don’t feel it at all while running. Holds poles securely, no bouncing. Important detail: works best with Z-fold poles and compatible Salomon packs. Downside: takes a bit of practice to get poles in/out quickly. Overall: simple but very effective upgrade for trail running

Spectacular - I recommend

Rui M

That element that was missing from my Salomon 5 vest. Very practical and makes all the difference for putting on and taking off poles during the race. Excellent upgrade to my equipment, along with my Black Diamond Distance Carbon Z

The quiver turned out to be much more convenient than all other ways of attaching poles: on the front straps of a backpack, on a belt, etc

Marvelous

2025/12/29

Rafa

Running with poles on your back and a quiver is fantastic. They don't move at all; in fact, you don't even notice you're carrying them. Perfectly compatible with Salomon Active Skin.

Simply spectacular

2025/11/28

amaya

I'd always been hesitant to use one, thinking it would be uncomfortable to wear on my back for several hours at an event, but it's very comfortable; you don't even notice you're wearing it. The trekking poles are easily accessible, both for taking them out and putting them back in. No more using a trekking pole belt, which always ends up digging into your lower back.

Perfect

Lightweight and fairly easy to use, I was hesitant at first since I've always used a walking stick belt. If your backpack isn't too full, it's better to carry it across your body.

Good utensil

2025/07/16

Juan

I bought it for a long distance race and the truth is that it was very useful. I can't stand poles on my belt, but in the quiver it's very comfortable, and they barely make any impact noise and don't cause chafing like they do on the belt. However, you have to get used to inserting and removing them.
