The most important thing fits into it. Even the cell phone with a thick case. A soft flask can also be stuffed into it. And best of all: you don't feel it, it doesn't wobble and it doesn't constrict. You sweat naturally, but you do that when you run. Belt can be washed at low temperature and dries quickly. I think XS and S are almost the same. Ordered both sizes for comparison and then kept both.

Perfect for short and medium running tours where you don't need as much water. Mobile phone and keys are in the zippered pocket in security and small things like labello, handkerchief etc. fit in the corners. You can stuff a thin rain jacket or even a soft flask into the other pocket if you don't fully fill them. The belt does not slip and does not constrict. Exactly what I wanted.

I thought the lack of a draw-string tie to tighten around the waist might be an issue, but the Large size fit my size L (Salomon shorts) very well. A little surprised that there are only two main pockets - but both are large enough to take phones, keys, gels, and small flasks of fluids. Haven't used the stirrups for poles yet, but it's nice to have them there.

I heard several reviews on youtube before buying it. They all more or less agreed in saying that it is excellent for short distances of up to 30 km at most ... what a backwardness in Italy! This band is a bomb and can hold everything you need to run a 100k (as long as you believe that for a 100 you need more than a bottle!). Buy at!

The belt has only 2 compartments, the rear is not ideal for heavy things, the front compartment can easily hold a telephone and keys and such at the same time. Even a load of weight does not move it while running - people forget it is there. The belt stays perfectly in place, does not crawl, even though it has a nice stretch.

Comfortable belt. The first time you wonder how you will ever wear that belt without tearing it. The stitching will then crack rather when it is put on. But ideal from the first run. You really don't feel it. Not from the belt and not from the content. Two points of attention: if you put your keys and a phone in the zippered pocket, you have to be careful not to lose your keys if you just grab your phone for the route or a photo.
