After six months of use in Tanzania and Egypt, I must say they are very comfortable, lightweight, adapt well to the terrain, and provide excellent ankle support, offering great security. I did notice a small tear in the heel seam, likely due to the pressure exerted when putting the boots on, but since they are under warranty, I will take them in for replacement or repair. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money.

We normally use the shoes with liner and hiking socks and they fit perfectly. You should bend/soften the heel parts well before longer use.

I've had mine for about three weeks now and have worn them in 36C heat. You usual size might feel a little tight at first, but as you break them in, they fit like a glove. They are really quite comfortable although I was cautious at first due to the synthetic material used and that they have a foam insert ,above the toe area. It appears that the heat from the foot rises into the mesh tongue and out. They're comfortable to walk in due to the eva (?) midsole - possibly the second most comfortable boots I've ever worn. Not sure how long the outer sole tread will last though as it's really quite soft, but time will tell. My previous Australian boots had a heavy treaded polyurthane sole and these are very long lasting. I haven't needed to wear them in.
