For a person 1.84m Size M: 80-90kg loose fit, 90-95kg regular fit. Size L: 80-90kg too big!!! 90-95kg loose fit. 95-105kg regular fit.

Hello, I weigh 60kg and have an athletic build, I bought the M. It will be loose for you since the garment is that way because of its central zipper. I´m telling you this because the zip version, that is, half a zipper and that you put on your ass like a sweater, is a little closer to the body.
