Constructed with a high-performance 2-layer shell, it is completely Waterproof and Windproof, effectively sealing out biting winds, heavy snow, and freezing rain. The outer fabric is treated with a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish that causes moisture to bead up and roll off, ensuring the insulation beneath remains dry and fully effective.
