I have a condition, causing cold feet. My main use for the socks is indoors. They're comfy socks, provide decent warmth, but I had to complement them with a heating pad indoors in winter (sitting at my desk). Possibly, because of the heating pad, they were disintegrating, some pieces inside socks were falling off. I've got 2 pairs, and I've been wearing them almost exclusively for half a year, and they're still good, despite pieces falling off. Outdoors, they were warm at ~12C in winter during my walks (not tested them at low temperatures).

This is my warmest socks ever. I tried Smartwool, Falke etc, which I also like, but these are by far the warmest. But the socks passed the test perfectly. 30% merino wool, soft, high enough to protect Achilles, skin-friendly. Quite thick, but the foot does not sweat. The packaging indicates that they are intended for use up to -10C.I think they can be comfortably used at lower temperatures. I also know that the socks of the Spanish company Mund are also made in Spain itself (moreover, they are made in the highlands of the Pyrenees, which is located on the path of the pilgrims to Satiago de Compostello)), which is also a plus.
