Ocun Tsunami Eco down jacket

OCUN Tsunami Eco Down Jacket

Experience the pinnacle of lightweight, packable warmth with the OCUN Tsunami Eco Down Jacket, meticulously engineered for the vertical world. Designed for the modern male climber who demands performance, versatility, and sustainability, this insulated down jacket is your essential companion for chilly days at the crag, cold belays, and alpine adventures. It serves as a reliable outer layer in cool, dry conditions or a high-performance mid-layer when the weather turns severe.

The Tsunami Eco is built on a foundation of intelligent design and eco-conscious innovation. Its outer shell is crafted from an advanced, lightweight ripstop material, now made from recycled polyamide, offering impressive durability without the weight penalty. This windproof fabric shields you from biting gusts, allowing you to maintain core warmth and focus on your climb. The jacket features a high-loft insulated down fill that provides an exceptional warmth-to-weight ratio, ensuring you stay comfortable without being weighed down. For added protection against unexpected moisture, the entire jacket is treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish, which helps shed light rain and snow, safeguarding the insulation within.

One of the standout features of the Tsunami Eco is its climbing-specific, ergonomic cut. The body is thoughtfully extended to provide better coverage, especially when reaching overhead, and pairs perfectly with a harness. The longer sleeves are finished with practical thumb holes, which keep the sleeves securely in place, prevent cold drafts, and add an extra layer of warmth over your hands. The insulated hood fits snugly, trapping precious heat and protecting your head and neck from the elements.

Functionality is at the core of this jacket´s design. A practical two-way YKK front zipper allows for easy operation and provides excellent ventilation control. It also makes managing a belay device and harness incredibly convenient. When the sun comes out or you´re on the move, the jacket´s compressible nature shines. It packs down neatly into a dedicated compress bag located in its own inside pocket, taking up minimal space in your climbing pack. This means you have no excuse to leave this critical piece of gear behind.
