The Xenith 75 provides deluxe feature, optimal organization and gear access for weekend to weeklong backpacking trips lasting 3-7 days, while providing comfort and superb carrying ability.

-The built-in belt stores behind the padded, ventilated lumbar pad when not in use.

Dual Ice Axe Loops:

-Each Xenith Series pack features dual ice axe loops and bungee tool tie-offs.

Harness Adjustment:

-Torso length is precisely and easily adjustable over a 5/13cm range to provide exact fit.

Hydration:

-External hydration sleeve in backpanel simplifies refilling and protects pack contents from spills.

Red Compression Strap:

-Easy to find red compression straps compress loads for fit and stability.

Side Compression Straps:

-Dual side compression straps keep internal loads stable and provide for carrying longer items like tent poles.

Side Zip Access:

-Zippers on each side of pack provide quick access to gear in main compartment.

At first look I thought it was exactly the same as the Aether but it seems slightly lighter and has a much more comfortable waist closure. Aether is good for tramping, but I'd go with the Xenith for heavier loads and longer trips. Came a few days late but happy now.

In the description of the backpack on the site it is written about a removable top flap, which is transformed into a waist bag. And at the very bottom of the page one line mentions that in the European version the belt bag is not provided and the backpack comes with a standard flap. For me it was a surprise. Read the description!
