Rain trousers. I am a ML and I opted for the L thinking that wearing other pants underneath would have been too small but I recommend the usual size (I would take an M in my case) dress very wide and have an opening at the height of the pockets to be able to access the actual trouser pockets that you wear underneath. Good resistance to rain
