The MTN Trainer Lite is built to provide lightweight comfort, grip and stability for alpine approach and mountain use. It has a robust fabric upper that fits well straight out of the box. The lasted construction and moulded EVA midsole create a stiff midfoot with a flexible forefoot for moving quickly in rough terrain. This shoe is also engineered with our proprietary 3F system that connects the instep, sole and heel for additional ankle support. The heel stabilizer and rubber toe cap also add further protection.
