The Puez Aqua Jacket is a 2.5-layer ripstop shell jacket with a Powertex membrane fabric designed and tested in the Dolomites.

Made of 57% recycled content, it has a solid waterproof rating (water column) and can withstand up to 10,000 mm of water pressure.

On the breathability front, its performance is equally impressive (10,000g/m²/24h) to help reduce sweating during more intensive use.

After having used with satisfaction for years a very similar jacket from Salewa, I decided to buy this lightweight, waterproof and breathable 2.5-layer "shell", developed for alpine trekking and hiking. The appearance and consistency are very similar to products such as the k-way and the performance after the first few outings seems good. I recommend it to those looking for an external shell to layer over heavier garments, or those who prefer to dress in layers without feeling excessive "weight" on their bodies. I recommend buying it, even if having a fixed hood (which in the old model was hidden in the collar) doesn't excite me particularly
