Precuperation: Power hours asleep - A good example of how the brains at X-BIONIC tick is the project Energetic and Mental Precuperation: The starting point in this case was the charming idea of using the entire period during which a person is asleep to regenerate the human body’s biophysiological system. Prof. Lambertz’s team succeeded in developing special sleepwear that applies compression in a strategic way on specific muscle zones to exploit the natural movement of the body during sleep – on average 24 turns per night – and thereby stimulate the nerves and, by alternating cycles of tension and relaxation, to massage the body, including the deeper regions. The effect in athletic terms is impressive: Muscle fibre retains its flexibility while at the same time blood vessels, lymphatic system and neuro-response system are perceptibly regenerated – without the subject having to make any effort! Technology:
