Explorer Tackle Shallow jig head

A tenya with a flat profile giving it greater lift in the water. This atypical design gives the Shallow a planing and slower swim during the descent. During the ascents, the pressure of the water on its flat side will make it tack sideways. This lighter evolution near the bottom is of rare effectiveness on the most difficult fish. A must for prospecting shallow drifting areas


Features:

- Non-return rod : A non-return metal rod keeps the shrimp in place and prevents it from slipping on the pole during the animation or in the presence of powerful currents.

- Main hook: reinforced and ultra sharp, its shape perfectly matches that of the shrimp for a very natural presentation.

- Assist hook: the round hook of the assist hook is a strong iron with a fearsome prick. Small but very robust, its size corresponds perfectly to the mouth of sparidae. Planted in the head of the shrimp, it will punish the slightest touch and will not give the fish a chance.

- 65 lb braid with silicone strands: the braid of the assist hook is provided with fine fluorescent silicone strands which take up the color of the tenya. Long and flexible, these strands will remind predators of the legs and mobile antennae of a shrimp. Their mobility in the water as well as their fine vibrations will further enhance the attractiveness of the tenya.

- Stand up” position: The specific flat located below the tenya means that it systematically lands flat as soon as it touches the bottom without ever tipping over on the side. Inclined at 45°, the hook is in a high position relative to the bottom and thus limits the risk of snagging. The natural presentation of the shrimp is optimal for striking the most timid bites of the sparidae.
