As part of Plastimo´s renowned South series, this light combines a classic, robust design with modern, energy-saving technology, making it the perfect lighting solution for your boat.

Uncompromising Safety and Compliance

The primary function of navigation lights is safety, and the PLASTIMO Port light excels in this critical role. It is fully certified to meet the stringent IMO/Colreg 72 international regulations, giving you complete peace of mind that your vessel adheres to the highest maritime safety standards for preventing collisions at sea. The precision-engineered optics deliver a clear, consistent red light from the port (left) side of your boat, ensuring you are correctly identified by other mariners from dusk till dawn.

Built for the Harsh Marine Environment

Durability is paramount for any equipment on board, and this navigation light is engineered to endure. The housing is constructed from resilient materials, while the high-impact polycarbonate lens provides superior protection against knocks, vibrations, and harmful UV degradation, preventing it from becoming brittle or yellow over time. With a certified IPX6 waterproof rating, the unit is completely sealed against powerful jets of water from any direction. This means it can withstand heavy rain, sea spray, and washdowns without compromising its internal electronics, guaranteeing reliable performance season after season.

Innovative Efficiency and Versatility

A standout feature of the PLASTIMO Port South Easy Navigation Light is its unique dual-bulb system, which offers unparalleled versatility and efficiency. The unit comes supplied with two distinct 44 mm festoon bulbs, allowing you to choose the best option for your power management needs.
* The state-of-the-art monofilament LED bulb provides brilliant illumination while consuming an incredibly low 0.1 Amps of power. This drastic reduction in energy draw is ideal for sailors and power boaters conscious of their battery life, enabling longer, worry-free journeys.
* A traditional incandescent bulb is also included, consuming 1 Amp. This serves as a reliable, time-tested backup or an alternative, ensuring you always have a functional light source available, even in remote locations.

The "Easy" design allows for quick, tool-free bulb changes, making maintenance a simple task. Its straightforward side-mount configuration ensures a secure and clean installation on the hull or cabin side of a wide range of vessels.
