PLASTIMO Round Cover Water Outlet | Pressurized Deck Wash System

Category: Boats and equipment
Subcategory: Bathroom

Elevate the functionality and convenience of your vessel with the PLASTIMO Round Cover Water Outlet, a premium solution for accessing pressurized water directly on your deck. Engineered for the harsh marine environment, this flushmount outlet provides a seamless and reliable connection point for all your onboard washing needs. Say goodbye to cumbersome buckets and tangled hoses from below deck. This integrated system allows you to maintain a pristine boat with unparalleled ease.

Used in conjunction with a pump and a thru-hull fitting, the EZ Water Outlet produces pressure sea or fresh water on the deck (to wash the deck, rinse the fish…). This makes it an indispensable tool for fishermen who need to clean their catch quickly, sailors wanting to rinse off corrosive salt after a day at sea, or any boater who values cleanliness and efficiency. Its discreet, low-profile design ensures your deck remains uncluttered and free of tripping hazards, preserving both safety and aesthetics.

Key Benefits:

* Instant On-Deck Water Access: Delivers high-pressure fresh or sea water exactly where you need it, transforming deck cleaning, fish rinsing, and anchor washing from a chore into a simple task.
* Sleek, Flushmount Design: The unit mounts flush with your deck, creating a clean, professional look. The protective cover keeps the connector clean and prevents it from becoming a snag point for ropes and feet.
* Superior Marine-Grade Durability: Constructed from materials specifically chosen for their exceptional resistance to corrosion, UV degradation, and the rigours of the marine environment, ensuring long-lasting performance.
* Reliable, Leak-Proof Connection: The high-quality Stäubli quick-coupling fitting with an integrated non-return valve guarantees a secure, drip-free connection every time, preventing water waste and messy backflow.
* Complete and Simple Installation: The kit includes all the necessary components for a straightforward installation, allowing you to quickly upgrade your boat’s plumbing system.

Main Features

The PLASTIMO Round Cover Water Outlet is a comprehensive unit designed for performance and longevity.
* Robust Flushmount Housing: The unit includes a durable ABS flushmount housing, which is designed to be recessed into the deck. It is protected by a splashproof ASA cover that withstands harsh sunlight and water exposure, keeping the internal mechanism shielded from the elements.
* Professional Grade Quick-Coupling: At the heart of the system is a premium Stäubli female quick-coupling fitting. This allows for an instant and secure connection to a standard garden hose connector. The integrated non-return valve is a critical feature, preventing water from flowing back out when the hose is disconnected and maintaining pressure in your system.
* Corrosion-Resistant Construction: The Stäubli fitting features a chromed brass construction for maximum durability, complemented by stainless steel bearings. This combination offers optimum corrosion resistance against saltwater, ensuring smooth operation for years to come.
* Secure Locking Flange: A robust locking flange is included to secure the housing firmly in place, guaranteeing a stable and watertight installation that will not loosen over time due to vibration or use.

Connectors

The outlet is engineered for universal compatibility and ease of use. The primary connection point on the deck is the female Stäubli quick-coupling fitting, designed to mate with a male connector typically found on garden hose attachments. On the underside, the unit features a hose barb for connection to your boat’s 19 mm internal diameter plumbing hose, linking it directly to your onboard water pump.
