Hello, that should work without any problems. The important thing is that there´s enough material on the underside of the seat to screw on the support plate. The principle of this mount is really great! I mounted it on a small boat so I could quickly remove the seats. Absolutely satisfied. Best regards

Hi have a couple of flybridge seats with 4 bolt fitting and spacing of 135mm square Will the seat mounting plate fit this spacing. It say 'universal' but just want to check before buying 2 of these. All I can see re dimensions is the bolt pattern of the bottom plate and I need to know about the seat mounting plate. Please advise
