Amix Quick Energy Gel 45g Lemon

QuickGel with caffeine is a super concentrated energy caffeine gel in a handy format to give you more long energy during physical exercise.

It combines 3 types of carbohydrates: mono-, olygo- and polysacharides like the glucose, maltose and highly branched cyclic dextrin (HBCD) Cluster Dextrin®, enriched with Taurine, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and Magnesium to contribute to normal muscle function and help with reduction of tiredness, fatigue and cramps that appear in long duration sports.

Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
The beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

Recommended dosage: Take 1 gels (sachets – 45 g/sachet) during final phase of your endurance sport performance (approx. last 30 minutes or final 5 kilometres). Always wash down with 100 ml of water.
