It's great, fits really well, doesn't move around, is lightweight, and has very useful compartments. It's worth the price. Plus, it looks good. It fits very snugly, so be careful with the size; they run small. I suppose, like a lot of running gear, we tend to be slim.

This is the best bag I have used so far! fits very well to the body, nothing dangles. very convenient to use. was tested in a marathon in the desert - a lot of gels, salt capsules in a little box, water, a phone - all fit and did not cause discomfort at all.

I can no longer do without this super practical belt for my outings of less than 2h30 of racing. Everything is pressed against your body and nothing moves. A must have! You can take your mobile phone, energy bars/gels, up to 2 0.5 L flasks, poles... This avoids having to take your trail bag which, let's face it, still keeps your back warm. The trail bag is thus reserved for really long outings.

The L size will fit you well....just a little tight...and the XL size will also fit well since the belt is very elastic...I use it in ultras and it doesn´t move at all, even the poles...and the capacity is great...and if you use it for training you can carry plenty of hydration and food +keys +mobile etc...I would get the XL, it will fit you like a glove and you can always play a little with the height...The belt is amazing!!!
