This gel is really very innovative and allows you to chain miles because the sugar is quickly available and in quantity. I take one gel per hour. Suitable for long distances. We do not have the taste of sweet after absorption and the taste of gel disappears after a few minutes.

Hello This is the first time that I see such an energizing gel. ! The taste is correct and is forgotten very quickly. The "gelatin" consistency is easily absorbed and you don't get it everywhere. It is rather not recommended to take the caffeine gel in the evening because it could prevent sleep unless it is a nighttime ordeal of course. On foot races of more than 2 hours, what I do is q I take a caffeine gel before the start. I take another with caffeine 30 minutes later then 1 hour later I take a gel but without caffeine. I take a caffeine gel 1 hour after the one that did not contain it. In this way, I benefit from the effects of the caffeine all the time and the sugar level is maintained. This is more or less what the Maurten advises.
