I wore this for for a couple of different races now, the first being 31 degrees and sunny. there´s only so much it could have done, especially as I had a pack on, but the vents at the side helped a lot. Having worn it for other runs since it works much better when you´re not wearing anything on your back (quelle suprise) but overall comfortable, cool, and I would recommend.
