RECCO®:
- RECCO® technology is able to track missing persons through a system composed of a passive reflector, integrated in garments or accessories and an active detector used by rescuers. The system works without power and allows for rapid and precise searches, both on the ground and with helicopters, making environmental rescue operations more effective. Initially created for avalanche research, it is also increasingly used to search for people missing in the mountains, such as mushroom pickers, trekkers or trail runners.
