I bought this model and it comes with a basic holster

It doesn´t come with a case. It does include a rubber band and a small carabiner.

It does NOT have a holster, it does have a flexible cord attached to an adjustable strap which I have used to sling around my neck and under my arm with the transceiver in my pocket
