Black Diamond Long Flex Center Replacement Pole

Black Diamond Long Flex Center Bars | Replacement for Oversized Boots

Ensure a perfect, secure fit for your crampons on every adventure with the Black Diamond Long Flex Center Replacement Bars. Specifically engineered for mountaineers, ice climbers, and winter hikers with oversized footwear, these extended bars eliminate the struggle of fitting standard crampons to large or high-volume insulated boots. Don´t let your boot size limit your vertical ambitions; this essential spare part allows you to customize your crampon setup for uncompromising safety and performance on snow and ice. By providing a longer connection point, these bars guarantee that your crampons will engage correctly, offering the stability and traction you depend on when conditions are challenging.

The primary benefit of the Long Flex Center Bars is their ability to bridge the gap for larger boot sizes, typically those EU size 46 and above. This extended length ensures that both the front and heel sections of your crampon are perfectly positioned on your boot sole for maximum security and efficiency. The "flex" design is another key advantage, allowing for a more natural foot motion with modern, less-rigid mountaineering and hiking boots. This flexibility reduces foot fatigue on long approaches and prevents excess stress on the bars themselves, enhancing both comfort and durability. With universal compatibility across the entire range of current Black Diamond crampons, these replacement Bars are a versatile and indispensable upgrade for anyone needing a custom fit.

These extra-large spring-steel center bars are designed as a direct replacement for the standard bars included with your crampons. The installation is straightforward, allowing you to quickly adapt your gear for different boots or replace a worn-out component. Sold as a pair, you´ll have everything you need to fully outfit one set of crampons. Whether you´re preparing for a high-altitude expedition with bulky double boots or simply have larger feet, the Black Diamond Long Flex Center Bars are the definitive solution for achieving a reliable and high-performance connection between your boots and the ice.
