BOREAL Crossbody Crash Pad

Elevate your bouldering experience with the BOREAL Crossbody, the ultimate landing system designed for climbers who demand exceptional safety and intelligent features. Engineered for confidence on every problem, this crash pad is your trusted partner for exploring new lines and pushing your limits. Whether you´re working a local project or venturing to a new crag, the Crossbody provides the reliable protection and convenience you need to focus purely on the climb. Its robust design and user-centric features ensure it can handle the rigours of repeated outdoor use, making it an essential piece of gear for both seasoned boulderers and those just starting their journey.

The heart of the BOREAL Crossbody is its innovative dual-density foam filling, which offers superior impact absorption. This high-quality system features a layer of soft foam in the centre to cushion your fall, combined with a harder foam at the surface to distribute the force of impact evenly. This brilliant design provides equal and predictable cushioning, no matter which way up the pad is placed, giving you a safe and consistent landing zone every single time. Durability is paramount, which is why the pad is constructed with heavily reinforced corners, expertly designed to prevent tears and withstand the abrasion of being dragged over rough terrain.

Thoughtful details set the Crossbody apart. After a day on dusty or muddy ground, the integrated dust cover cleverly conceals the dirty side of the pad during transport, keeping your shoulder straps, your back, and your car clean. For pre-climb preparation, a detachable carpet mat is included, giving you the perfect surface to wipe your climbing shoes for maximum grip and to help keep the rock pristine. The comfortable and robust carrying system makes the hike to the boulders effortless, allowing you to arrive at the crag fresh and ready to perform.
