A few details that are not in the description: - The material of the main body does not have much stretch. The same with the straps, which has some tiny stretch and some length adjustment. However you can move them up and down and you can replace them with elastic shoe laces if you want more stretch - There is enough stretch in the side areas with the zippers. You can easily put a big mobile phone in there. - The two top front black pockets go all the way to the bottom and you can fit 500ml soft flask in there. - The main material is thin and breathable so you have to use an insulation sleeve in you use a bladder or put some clothes. If you do not, the water will get worm and your clothes wet. For the price, it is an excellent choice.
