Improve zippers

The backpack is very good, just that it lacks the zippers slide better, with nothing that has a wrinkle the backpack should be straightened. The fabric is improvable. Although on your page it is the cheapest I have seen, it still seems expensive to see the quality. For cheaper prices I have had backpacks with better quality.

Could you confirm if the fixings for poles are two or one. It is evident that in the images you can see two, but some versions of the models only offer one. Thank you.

It has two fixings, the top one is elastic and the bottom one is not elastic. Both have enough space for two poles and it turns out to be a good system as well.
