Dare2B Shredder Jacket for Boys and Girls | Waterproof & Breathable

Equip your young adventurer for any challenge with the Dare2B Shredder Jacket. Expertly engineered for both boys and girls who love to explore, this jacket is the ultimate companion for everything from snowy mountain slopes to windy hiking trails. It delivers superior protection against the elements without compromising on the comfort or freedom of movement kids need to play, learn, and grow. Watch them shred the slopes or conquer the trail with confidence, knowing they are wrapped in premium warmth and fully shielded from wind and water. This is more than just a jacket; it´s a ticket to year-round adventure.

The core of the Shredder jacket´s performance lies in its advanced, eco-conscious technology. It is crafted from a recycled waterproof and breathable stretch fabric, the exceptional ARED 30/30. This high-performance synthetic material provides an impenetrable waterproof barrier to keep snow, sleet, and rain out, while its outstanding breathability allows internal moisture to escape, ensuring your child stays dry and comfortable even during high-energy activities. This windproof fabric is treated with a durable, PFC-free water-repellent finish, and all seams are taped for complete waterproof protection, offering you peace of mind in any weather. The stretch quality of the fabric ensures they can move, bend, and reach without restriction.

Designed with the slopes in mind, the Shredder is packed with a full suite of ski-ready features. A dedicated ski pass pocket allows for quick and easy access at the lifts, while the fixed snowskirt creates a crucial seal to prevent snow from getting inside during tumbles or deep powder fun. Inside, an internal mesh stow pocket is perfect for holding essentials and comes complete with a goggle lens wipe cloth to maintain clear vision all day long. For warmth, the jacket uses recycled high-warmth padding and a recycled polyester lining with a special scrim back panel for extra insulation where it matters most.

Understanding that kids grow quickly, the Shredder jacket incorporates the intelligent ´Grow System´. This innovative feature allows the sleeve length to be extended by simply releasing a hidden stitch, ensuring a perfect fit for more than just one season. The grown-on hood with elastication offers a snug fit to protect from biting winds, while adjustable cuffs and inner stretch cuffs work together to seal out drafts. For older children , an adjustable shockcord hem provides further customization. For safety in low-light conditions, the design includes reflective accents for enhanced visibility, making your child easier to see during dusk or on grey days.
