In general, I totally loved the fact that it's so light weight and importantly easy to wash and dry. I can fit so any things on this vest (except a hydration bag. Haha). I took the smallest but it's still a little loose for me...But it's fine as I am not running a fast pace (6min/km or slower) with two bottles, 1 soft bottle, a power bank, a foldable rain jacket, pkts of gel, iPod, Bluetooth earpiece box, nutz...As u can see...There was still room to put some more stuff. Thanks!
