The water-resistant DOWNTEK® treatment allows down to maintain its density and loft even when exposed to moisture and thus it continues to keep you warm. In addition, the down dries more quickly and can be machine washed without any loss in quality. For additional weather protection, the lightweight nylon outer shell is wind- and water-resistant. Stretch underarm side panels ensure improved breathability, temperature regulation, and freedom of movement. Stretch at the hem and cuffs keep the jacket where it belongs and prevents cold air from getting in or warmth from escaping. Both front pockets and a chest pocket offer room to stash small essentials and keep your hands warm at the summit.
