EDELRID Bulletproof Screw Eco Carabiner | Unmatched Durability & Sustainable Design

Discover the pinnacle of carabiner innovation with the EDELRID Bulletproof Screw Eco, a piece of climbing equipment engineered to redefine longevity and performance. Designed for climbers who demand the utmost from their gear, this carabiner directly addresses the most common point of failure in traditional biners: wear and tear from rope friction. Say goodbye to retiring your favorite belay carabiner prematurely due to sharp edges and deep grooves. The Bulletproof Screw Eco is built to last, providing a safer, more reliable connection for countless pitches to come.

At the heart of this carabiner´s revolutionary design is its unique durability feature. It is a small, robust screwgate biner with a steel insert at the apex. This targeted reinforcement is precisely where your rope runs and where contact with bolt hangers occurs, providing a hardened surface that masterfully resists abrasion. This clever engineering prevents premature wear and the dangerous formation of burrs or sharp edges that can damage your rope and compromise your safety. The integrated steel insert prevents premature wear from rope friction or bolt hangers, making this carabiner a long-term investment in your climbing system.

Handling is smooth, intuitive, and secure. The Bulletproof Screw Eco is equipped with a Keylock closure mechanism for optimum handling when clipping and unclipping. This snag-free nose design ensures the carabiner glides effortlessly onto and off of your harness gear loops, ropes, and anchor slings without catching, which is critical in high-stakes situations. Despite its incredibly tough construction, the carabiner remains exceptionally lightweight. The sophisticated H-profile construction ensures the best possible use of material and minimal weight, proving that you don´t have to sacrifice strength for a lighter pack.

Its versatility makes it an indispensable workhorse on any climber´s rack. The carabiner is ideal for personal protection use, e.g., clipping into a belay anchor, where reliability is non-negotiable. It excels in high-friction scenarios, such as top-roping setups or as the master point in an anchor, where its durability provides both peace of mind and extended service life.

In addition to protecting you, this carabiner helps protect the planet. The Eco colour version is particularly sustainable as it is non-anodized. By skipping the energy and chemical-intensive anodization process, EDELRID reduces the product´s environmental footprint without compromising its integrity or performance. This raw, authentic finish showcases a commitment to a more responsible manufacturing process. The EDELRID Bulletproof Screw Eco is the intelligent choice for discerning climbers seeking a fusion of unparalleled durability, flawless handling, and environmental consciousness.
