Edelrid HMS Bulletproof Triple snap hook

EDELRID HMS Bulletproof Triple: The Benchmark for Durability and Safety in Climbing

Experience a revolutionary leap in climbing equipment with the EDELRID HMS Bulletproof Triple carabiner. Designed for climbers who demand the utmost in longevity and security, this carabiner directly addresses the most common point of failure in belay biners: premature wear. Say goodbye to the sharp, grooved edges that can damage your rope and compromise safety. The HMS Bulletproof is engineered to withstand the intense friction of modern climbing, setting a new standard for performance and durability on your rack.

At the heart of this exceptional piece of gear is an innovative, robust HMS biner with a steel insert at the apex. This targeted reinforcement is precisely where the rope runs and where the most friction occurs during belaying and rappelling. This simple yet brilliant design prevents premature wear and burrs or sharp edges from forming, dramatically extending the life of the carabiner and, just as importantly, protecting your climbing rope from unnecessary damage. It offers all the strength you need while also making a lighter alternative to a steel carabiner for top-roping setups or institutional use, providing the perfect balance of weight and resilience.

Safety is non-negotiable, which is why it comes with a triple lock locking mechanism for maximum safety. This three-step, auto-locking gate provides ultimate security against accidental opening, giving you the complete peace of mind needed when managing the rope for your partner, setting up a critical anchor, or rappelling. The intuitive action ensures a quick and reliable lock every time, so you can focus on the climb ahead.

Beyond its groundbreaking durability, the HMS Bulletproof Triple is a masterclass in ergonomic design. The H-profile construction ensures the best possible use of material and minimal weight, proving that a robust carabiner doesn´t have to be excessively heavy. Handling is further enhanced by the Keylock closure mechanism, which creates a clean, snag-free nose. This allows for optimum handling when clipping and unclipping from ropes, slings, and your harness belay loop, eliminating frustrating snags at critical moments.

Crafted with EDELRID´s renowned commitment to quality and sustainability, this carabiner represents the pinnacle of German engineering. Its production adheres to the strictest environmental and social standards, reflecting a deep respect for the natural playgrounds we cherish as climbers.
