Edelrid Nemo Lite Back crampons

EDELRID Nemo Lite Back Crampons

Experience the pinnacle of lightweight, modular performance with the EDELRID Nemo Lite Back, the essential rear component for your ultralight ski touring and mountaineering crampon system. Engineered for alpinists and ski tourers who count every gram, this spare back part allows you to build a customized traction solution that perfectly matches your ambitions. Shed critical weight from your pack without compromising on safety and stability on snow slopes and glacial terrain. The Nemo Lite Back is your key to moving faster, further, and more efficiently in the high mountains.

The primary benefit of the Nemo Lite Back lies in its minimalist and intelligent design. As a component of a modular system, it offers unparalleled versatility. Combine it with a corresponding front part (like the EDELRID Nemo Lite Front) to create a complete, featherlight aluminum crampon. This system is ideal for ski mountaineering, high-altitude tours, and glacier crossings where the aggressive points of a full steel crampon are unnecessary, and weight savings are paramount. Its robust construction provides reliable heel traction, preventing slippage and boosting your confidence on ascents and traverses.

Key Features:

* Ultralight Performance: Crafted from high-strength aluminum to deliver exceptional traction with minimal weight penalty, significantly reducing fatigue on long-distance tours.
* Modular Crampon System: Designed as the rear section of a two-part crampon, offering the flexibility to create a full set or replace a component. This modularity ensures you only carry what you need.
* Secure 4-Point Traction: Features four strategically placed points under the heel to ensure a secure grip on hard snow and low-angle ice, providing crucial stability and control.
* Universal Design: The symmetrical construction allows this back part to be used as a Universal fitting for both the left and right boot, simplifying setup and ensuring you always have the correct piece.
* Reliable Lever Lock Binding: Equipped with a classic lever lock system at the heel, it provides a secure and easy-to-use attachment for all ski touring and mountaineering boots with a rear heel welt.
* Sustainable Manufacturing: Proudly embodying EDELRID´s commitment to the environment, this product integrates sustainable practices from sourcing to production.
