The Benchmark for Reliability and Handling in Static Ropes

Discover the EDELRID Performance Static 10.5 mm, a masterfully engineered low-stretch kernmantel rope designed for the most demanding applications. Whether you are engaged in industrial rope access, intricate rescue scenarios, caving expeditions, or big wall hauling, this rope delivers an unparalleled combination of safety, durability, and user-friendly handling. Built on EDELRID´s legacy of German engineering, the Performance Static is the trusted choice for professionals and specialists who require absolute confidence in their equipment.

The core of this rope´s excellence lies in its exceptional balance. It is robust enough to withstand the rigors of frequent use in harsh environments, yet remains remarkably supple and easy to manage. This is achieved through EDELRID´s proprietary Thermo Shield treatment, a thermal stabilizing process that ensures the core and sheath yarns are perfectly balanced. The result is a rope that maintains its pleasant handling and compactness throughout its entire service life, resisting the stiffness and shrinkage that can plague lesser-quality ropes.

From the moment you unbox it, the Performance Static 10.5 mm is ready for action. Thanks to EDELRID´s innovative 3D lap coiling technique, the rope is packaged to be pulled directly from its wrapping without any of the frustrating tangles or kinking that typically require pre-flaking. This saves valuable time and effort on site, allowing you to focus on the task at hand.

Combines superb abrasion resistance and low elongation with excellent handling.

High-quality kernmantel construction provides excellent value for money. .
