Edelrid Tillit bag

EDELRID Tillit Bag

A simple yet innovative solution for effective tangle and knot-free rope management when climbing and belaying multi-pitch routes.

Elevate your efficiency and safety on the wall with the EDELRID Tillit, the ultimate rope bag designed specifically for the demands of multi-pitch climbing. Tangled ropes at the belay ledge can cause frustrating delays and create unnecessary hazards. The Tillit directly solves this problem with an intelligent and streamlined design that will revolutionize your rope handling system. Forget about flaking your rope over your feet or precariously onto a small ledge; this bag provides a secure and organized home for your lifeline.

The TILLIT is a multifunctional rope bag that is attached to the belay station and filled with rope as it is gathered in. This process keeps your entire rope system contained, clean, and protected from snags, dirt, or falling. The true genius of the Tillit is revealed when it´s time for the leader to set off on the next pitch. By simply twisting the bag, the rope can be removed again from the opposite end, making handling far simpler when retaining the same lead climber. This first-in, first-out system ensures the rope pays out smoothly, significantly reducing the risk of knots and allowing for faster, more confident transitions.

Beyond its tangle-free functionality, the Tillit offers a major ergonomic benefit. The weight of the rope is furthermore anchored to the belay station, taking the load completely off the belayer´s harness. This offers the belayer more freedom of movement to manage devices, organize gear, and maintain a comfortable, secure position. The result is less fatigue and more focus on the crucial task of belaying.

Engineered for alpinists and climbers who count every gram, the Tillit features a small pack size and low weight, making it easy to clip to your harness and carry up the route without being cumbersome. It is the definitive piece of gear that optimizes rope handling when climbing multi-pitch routes, especially when retaining the same lead climber for multiple pitches in a row. Upgrade your mountain toolkit and experience a new level of efficiency with the EDELRID Tillit.
