Size S fits me perfectly (174cm, 65kg, athletic build). A really thick sweater or three multi-layered clothing fits easily, meaning, in my opinion, you're very well equipped for winter. I find the robust material, cut/fit, and color (dark olive) perfect. The side hand pockets aren't lined, so I suspect (though I haven't had any experience with this yet) that gloves will be necessary in very low temperatures. I hope the jacket lasts as long as my Fjällräven hiking pants made of G-1000, which have been with me for over 10 years and are still practically unworn.

A coat like the ones before, I was looking for something like this and this one from Fjällräven is just what I wanted. Size S fits me perfectly, 1.80 and 70 kg. The fabric looks resistant and the inside is sheepskin. Lots of pockets to store everything. I love it!!

Perfect for an adventure together with G1000 trousers. Warm and extremely robust. Size M fits 1.77 and 73 kg in a sporty, casual way and still leaves room for a sweater. But I would choose S for the summer jacket. The jacket was purchased as equipment for an upcoming desert tour through the Sahara to Mauritania. I know from experience that the nights there in January can be uncomfortably cold and it also goes through the Atlas Mountains. A perfect complement to the lined G1000 trousers from Fjällräven.
