Grivel Single Spring Evo pole strap

GRIVEL Single Spring Evo Leash

Secure your most critical tool with the GRIVEL Single Spring Evo, a minimalist and highly effective leash system designed for the modern alpinist, ice climber, and mountaineer. When navigating challenging vertical or mixed terrain, the last thing you should worry about is losing your ice axe. The Single Spring Evo provides a reliable, lightweight, and unobtrusive connection between you and your tool, delivering absolute confidence so you can focus on your movement and the route ahead. This essential piece of hiking and climbing equipment ensures your axe is always within reach, preventing a catastrophic drop in a critical moment.

The core of its innovative design is its ability to offer robust security without impeding performance. It is an elastic leash with a swivel for smoother movement. The Single Spring Evo builds on a minimal leash system with an integrated swivel. The swivel reduces twisting during movement, improving handling across technical terrain. A toggle attachment keeps the system simple and direct, allowing for smoother movement during use. This freedom from tangles and restrictions is paramount when making dynamic placements, switching hands, or performing complex maneuvers where efficiency and speed are key to safety and success.

Straps

The Single Spring Evo features a purpose-built elastic strap that strikes the perfect balance between extension and retraction. The polyester and rubber construction provides just enough give to allow for a full range of arm motion, ensuring you can reach for high or distant placements without feeling constrained. When not extended, the strap´s elasticity keeps it compact and close to your body, preventing it from snagging on rock, ice, or other gear. This minimalist design philosophy eliminates unnecessary bulk and weight, adhering to the fast-and-light principles valued by serious adventurers. The strap´s durability is engineered to withstand the harsh conditions of alpine environments, from sharp ice to abrasive rock, ensuring long-lasting and reliable performance season after season.
